1、 This policy declares the personal information of users.

1. Application instructions:
(a)RFID Demo is a tool application that does not require collecting user personal information or logging in to register an account. It can be used by opening the app.
(b)RFID Demo is mainly a tool developed for RFID devices, which needs to be used in conjunction with the corresponding device when using the software.

2. User Personal Information Description:
1. The application does not engage in any unauthorized collection, transmission, or use of user privacy data (such as location and address book) without user authorization or disregard for current legal basis.
2. The application does not contain any viruses or other harmful user security behaviors, does not collect user data, and will not use user data for illegal purposes.
3. The application does not collect users‘ personal information, so there is no transfer of users‘ personal information by the application.
4. The application does not collect user information, nor does it authenticate, store, or transfer user identity, so the application does not have such security measures.
3. Description of required permissions for the application:
1. Mobile phone storage permission
  Used for exporting RFID tag data to storage related devices such as mobile phones.
2. Positioning permissions
  Location permission is a necessary permission to obtain search results for Bluetooth devices. Applications need to obtain location permission first to complete the search for Bluetooth devices, and then establish a connection for communication debugging.
3. Bluetooth search permission
   Bluetooth search permission is a necessary permission for Android 12 version to obtain Bluetooth device search results. Applications need to obtain Bluetooth search permission first to complete the search for Bluetooth devices, and then establish a connection for communication debugging.
4. Bluetooth connection permission
   Bluetooth connection permission is a necessary permission for Android 12 version to connect with Bluetooth devices. Applications need to obtain Bluetooth connection permission before establishing a connection for communication debugging.
5. Suspension window permission
  Used to display the communication command logs during this connection communication process.
6. Camera permissions
  Used to scan the QR code of Bluetooth name for connection.
7. Acceleration sensor permissions
  Used to adjust the orientation of the QR code scanning interface.

2、 How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your user information.
(a)RFID Demo does not collect any project information provided, sold, rented, shared or traded by third parties, therefore RFID pager does not provide, sell, rent, share or trade project information to any third party.
(b)RFID Demo phones also do not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate project information through any means. Any RFID pager user engaged in the above activities, once discovered, has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user.
(c)The application does not collect users‘ personal information, so there is no transfer of users‘ personal information by the application.

We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
（1）Obtaining your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
（2）Provide as necessary in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, legal procedures, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
（3）Only by sharing your information can we achieve the core functions of our products and/or services or provide the services you need;
（4）To handle disputes or controversies between you and others as per your request;
（5）Provided in accordance with the relevant agreements or other legal documents signed with you;

3、 How do we protect your user information.

（1）We attach great importance to personal information security and take all reasonable and feasible data security measures to protect your personal information.
（2）The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send us. If our physical, technological, or management protective facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, which damages your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

For other user information generated during your use of our products or services, as long as we do not require excessive investment, we will provide it to you. If you wish to exercise your data access rights, please send an email to sales@atchip.com.cn .
（2） Correct your information
When you find that the information about you is filled in incorrectly, you can make corrections on your own.
（3） Delete your information
You can delete information in the following situations:
1. If our handling of information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your user information without your consent;
3. If our handling of information violates our agreement with you;
4. If you no longer use our products or services;
5. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
We will evaluate your deletion request and take appropriate steps to process it if it meets the relevant regulations. When you make a deletion request to us, we may require you to verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. After you delete information from our service, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your information until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.

Please understand that due to security concerns, requirements of relevant laws and regulations, or technical limitations, we may not be able to respond to some of your requests, such as the following situations:
1. Related to the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations by user information controllers;
2. Directly related to national security and defense security;
3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
5. The user information controller has sufficient evidence to indicate that the user information subject has subjective malice or abuse of rights;
6. For the purpose of safeguarding the significant legitimate rights and interests of the user information subject or other individuals, such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain their consent;
7. Responding to the request of the user information subject will result in serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of the user information subject or other individuals or organizations;

8. Involving trade secrets.


5、 How do we handle personal information of minors.
It is recommended that minors obtain the consent of their guardians before using the services we provide. We recommend that minors encourage their parents or guardians to read this Privacy Policy and seek their consent and guidance. We will protect the confidentiality and security of personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and this Privacy Policy.
